  3. Prowadzenie kolejki pacjentów w systemie AMMS w oddziale dziennym oraz umawianie terminów przyjęć
  4. Rejestracja nowoprzyjętych pacjentów oraz przygotowanie dokumentacji w zakresie administracyjnym (założenie historii choroby, pobranie wymaganych oświadczeń i zgód na leczenie od pacjenta i jego opiekunów itd.)
  5. Koordynacja przyjęć pacjentów z terapeutami (neuropsychologami i fizjoterapeutami) – prowadzenie grafiku zajęć i zabiegów dla pacjentów
  6. Prowadzenie listy zajęć i zabiegów pacjentów oddziału
  7. Odbieranie i przekierowywanie telefonów od pacjentów oraz innych osób związanych z placówką medyczną.
  8. Udzielanie informacji na temat procedur przyjęć i regulacji pracy oddziału
  9. Współpraca z lekarzami w przygotowywaniu dokumentacji medycznej do przekazania do archiwum (m.in. numeracja stron, oznaczenie każdej strony historii choroby imieniem i nazwiskiem pacjenta)
  10. Sprawdzanie poprawności formalnej dokumentacji medycznej i przekazywanie jej do Archiwum.
  11. Przyjmowanie, rejestrowanie, segregowanie i przekazywanie korespondencji tradycyjnej oraz jej wysyłka dla oddziału dziennego rehabilitacji
  12. Rejestracja pacjentów w programach lekowych SM (20-40 osób dziennie), wydawanie kart podania leków
  13. Prowadzenie kolejki w Programie lekowym SM (wpisywanie do kolejki w systemie AMMS, wpisywanie do harmonogramu leczenia).

Salary:

  • 2,690 PLN gross for 26 hours/month.

Scope of duties:

Carrying out tasks within WP4 of the BE-SAFE project, as specified in the Project 101057123 contract:

1) Participation in the preparation of the plan for conducting the BE-SAFE randomized clinical trial at IPiN

2) Participation in the preparation and finalization of all required clinical trial documents, such as the trial protocol, bioethics committee approval, patient and caregiver information, research procedures

3) Participation in the execution of the randomized clinical trial in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the trial protocol

4) Participation in the evaluation of trial results and modeling of the potential long-term impact of these results on patient safety in Poland

5) Participation in teleconferences and working meetings with BE-SAFE project partners

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

  • Organization and coordination of the work of the Quality Management Department, as well as supervision over the correctness and timeliness of task implementation.
  • Initiating, coordinating, controlling, and supporting the implementation of projects related to improving the quality of provided medical services.
  • Implementation and ongoing supervision of the maintenance of the Accreditation Certificate, confirming compliance with accreditation standards for hospital treatment.

As part of task no. 2 of the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment” funded by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00. Job description: The tasks of the Senior Researcher will include:

  • Conducting research work to obtain data for all stages of product development aimed at assessing mental health in the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment,” funded by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00, hereafter referred to as “the project.”
  • Reviewing scientific literature, selecting research tools, and preparing a standardized clinical interview for assessing mental health, with particular attention to depressive and anxiety symptoms, as well as aspects of mental well-being.
  • Developing, from a scientific perspective, the specification for software supporting mental health assessment using tablets and other portable devices, enabling the marking of responses, emotional reactions, and adding annotations.
  • Conducting at least 100 individual mental health assessments, including video recording based on the prepared interview and software assessment mentioned in point 3 above.
  • Providing an evaluation and description of the mental health assessment recordings for the IT team, considering the use of artificial intelligence algorithms in the analysis.
  • Preparing publications and conference presentations presenting the project's results.
  • Providing a substantive description of the research tasks for documenting the project's progress.
  • Preparing data and reports for presentation at research team meetings and meetings with consortium partners to improve the methodology of the developed product.

Requirements:

  • License to practice as a doctor or psychologist

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring the BE-SAFE clinical trial conducted by the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology under the EU Horizon program: HORIZON-HLTH-2021-CARE-05 (number of sites – 1);
  2. Conducting the initiation visit, monitoring visits, and close-out visits; documenting the visits and actions taken at the site;
  3. Ensuring compliance at the site with the clinical trial protocol, SOPs, GCP requirements, and applicable law;
  4. Verifying source data and assessing entries in the eCRF/CRF;
  5. Overseeing the safety of participants in the clinical trial;

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying the correctness of documentation and procedures based on planned public procurements;
  • Preparing the Terms of Reference (SWZ);
  • Obtaining additional information from the substantive applicant (description of the subject of the order) to prepare the draft SWZ documentation, invitation to negotiations, contract template, request for proposals;
  • Cooperating with the legal advisor to prepare the contract template, annex to the contract, and confirmation of the selected public procurement procedure under the PPL Act;
  • Preparing draft documentation for procurement proceedings using a subject matter exclusion (Article 11 of the PPL Act);
  • Conducting proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the PPL Act after obtaining approval of the documentation by authorized persons;

Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing information to the employer about identified occupational hazards, along with recommendations to eliminate these hazards;
  • Participating in determining the circumstances and causes of workplace accidents and drafting recommendations based on the investigation of these incidents, as well as monitoring the implementation of those recommendations;

  • Providing advice on safety and health regulations;

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Implementing and developing the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.

within the framework of task no. 2 of the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment” co-financed by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00.

Job description:

The Senior Researcher will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research to gather data for all stages of creating a product to assess mental health within the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment,” co-financed by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00, hereinafter referred to as the "project"
  • Reviewing scientific literature, selecting research tools, and preparing a standardized clinical interview for assessing mental health, with particular attention to depressive and anxiety symptoms, as well as aspects of mental well-being
  • Developing, from a scientific perspective, the specification of software that supports mental health assessment using tablets and other mobile devices, allowing for recording responses, emotional reactions of the patient, and adding annotations
  • Creating at least 120 individual mental health assessments with video recordings based on the prepared interview and evaluation using the software mentioned in point 3 above
  • Preparing evaluations and descriptions of the recorded mental health assessments for the IT team, taking into account the use of artificial intelligence algorithms in the analysis
  • Preparing publications and conference presentations showcasing the project results
  • Preparing substantive descriptions of the research tasks performed for documenting the progress of the project
  • Compiling data and reports for presentation at research team meetings and meetings with consortium partners to improve the methodology for product development

Requirements:

  • License to practice as a doctor or psychologist
  • For doctors, specialization in psychiatry or in the process of specializing
  • For psychologists, specialization in clinical psychology or completed psychotherapy training

Job description:

  • The task of the clinical trial monitor will be to ensure the trial is conducted in accordance with good clinical practice, relevant regulatory requirements, the trial protocol, standard operating procedures, and:
  • qualification of research centers for the study, conducting initiation, monitoring, and closing visits,
  • managing processes and plans related to the conduct of the study in partner centers,
  • training research teams on the trial protocol,
