Przyjmowanie, rejestrowanie, segregowanie i przekazywanie korespondencji tradycyjnej oraz jej wysyłka dla oddziału dziennego rehabilitacji
Rejestracja pacjentów w programach lekowych SM (20-40 osób dziennie), wydawanie kart podania leków
Prowadzenie kolejki w Programie lekowym SM (wpisywanie do kolejki w systemie AMMS, wpisywanie do harmonogramu leczenia).

Scope of duties:

Carrying out tasks within WP4 of the BE-SAFE project, as specified in the Project 101057123 contract:

1) Participation in the preparation of the plan for conducting the BE-SAFE randomized clinical trial at IPiN

2) Participation in the preparation and finalization of all required clinical trial documents, such as the trial protocol, bioethics committee approval, patient and caregiver information, research procedures

3) Participation in the execution of the randomized clinical trial in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the trial protocol

4) Participation in the evaluation of trial results and modeling of the potential long-term impact of these results on patient safety in Poland

5) Participation in teleconferences and working meetings with BE-SAFE project partners

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Organization and coordination of the work of the Quality Management Department, as well as supervision over the correctness and timeliness of task implementation.
Initiating, coordinating, controlling, and supporting the implementation of projects related to improving the quality of provided medical services.
Implementation and ongoing supervision of the maintenance of the Accreditation Certificate, confirming compliance with accreditation standards for hospital treatment.
Continuous supervision over the application of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, confirmed by the Management System Certificate.
Efforts to improve the quality of health services provided and the functioning of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Co-creating the quality management policy, including actions considering the mission and strategic goals of the hospital, aimed at improving the quality of tasks performed by the Institute.
Participation in the preparation, and if necessary, the preparation of programs aimed at improving the functioning of the Institute.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher education
Postgraduate studies (quality management in healthcare or medical law);
At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management in healthcare facilities;
Possession of training and certificates related to the implementation of quality management systems, internal auditor;
Recommendations from previous workplaces in the field of quality management in healthcare are welcome;

As part of task no. 2 of the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment” funded by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00. Job description: The tasks of the Senior Researcher will include:

Conducting research work to obtain data for all stages of product development aimed at assessing mental health in the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment,” funded by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00, hereafter referred to as “the project.”
Reviewing scientific literature, selecting research tools, and preparing a standardized clinical interview for assessing mental health, with particular attention to depressive and anxiety symptoms, as well as aspects of mental well-being.
Developing, from a scientific perspective, the specification for software supporting mental health assessment using tablets and other portable devices, enabling the marking of responses, emotional reactions, and adding annotations.
Conducting at least 100 individual mental health assessments, including video recording based on the prepared interview and software assessment mentioned in point 3 above.
Providing an evaluation and description of the mental health assessment recordings for the IT team, considering the use of artificial intelligence algorithms in the analysis.
Preparing publications and conference presentations presenting the project's results.
Providing a substantive description of the research tasks for documenting the project's progress.
Preparing data and reports for presentation at research team meetings and meetings with consortium partners to improve the methodology of the developed product.

Requirements:

License to practice as a doctor or psychologist

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the BE-SAFE clinical trial conducted by the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology under the EU Horizon program: HORIZON-HLTH-2021-CARE-05 (number of sites – 1);
Conducting the initiation visit, monitoring visits, and close-out visits; documenting the visits and actions taken at the site;
Ensuring compliance at the site with the clinical trial protocol, SOPs, GCP requirements, and applicable law;
Verifying source data and assessing entries in the eCRF/CRF;
Overseeing the safety of participants in the clinical trial;

Responsibilities:

Verifying the correctness of documentation and procedures based on planned public procurements;
Preparing the Terms of Reference (SWZ);
Obtaining additional information from the substantive applicant (description of the subject of the order) to prepare the draft SWZ documentation, invitation to negotiations, contract template, request for proposals;
Cooperating with the legal advisor to prepare the contract template, annex to the contract, and confirmation of the selected public procurement procedure under the PPL Act;
Preparing draft documentation for procurement proceedings using a subject matter exclusion (Article 11 of the PPL Act);
Conducting proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the PPL Act after obtaining approval of the documentation by authorized persons;

Accountant / Senior Accountant in the Finance and Accounting Department

Location: Warsaw

Candidates for the above-mentioned position are required to meet the following qualifications:

Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education, particularly in economics, finance, or management,
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably 3 years of experience,
Knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws,
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel,

Responsibilities:

Receiving and verifying the formal and accounting correctness of financial documents, particularly related to grants and projects carried out at IPiN,

Allocating invoices related to revenue according to appropriate cost centers (OPK),
Issuing invoices related to sales, corrective notes,
Importing financial and accounting documents from auxiliary modules into the general ledger,
Creating and updating data concerning contractors in the financial and accounting system,
Monthly analysis of balances and entries in accounting records,
Collaborating with the Project Department regarding the recording of business transactions related to grants and projects, including preparing financial and accounting documents for audits and preparing confirmations of payments made,
Participating in tasks related to closing the accounting books,
Preparing data, tables, and reports for internal and external use at IPiN,

Required qualifications for the position:

Basic responsibilities:

Supervising the planning, organization, and monitoring of work performed by the staff, ensuring the continuous operation of the Radiology Department.

Ensuring consultations in the represented specialty and participating (personally or by delegating a team member) in Radiological Conferences.
Supervising the tasks performed by the Radiology Department staff, including ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of test reports conducted in the department, providing medical staff with substantive assistance and professional instruction.
Supervising and overseeing the work of resident doctors.
Supervising compliance with radiation protection, occupational health and safety (OHS), and fire safety regulations.
Making recommendations regarding the compensation and reward system for the Radiology Department staff in accordance with the IPiN’s Remuneration Regulations.

Planning training for Radiology Department employees.
Supervising compliance with financial and economic discipline in performing tasks, taking into account contract conditions with the payer.

Managing funds or financial resources allocated to the Radiology Department by the IPiN Management.
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal normative acts, procedures, and ethical standards within the Radiology Department.
Ensuring the application of ISO standards and implementing Quality and Accreditation Policies.
Preparing letters, requests, and other documents related to the operation of the Radiology Department at the request of the Director of IPiN or their deputies.
Supervising internal documentation flow within the Radiology Department in accordance with IPiN’s internal regulations.
Ensuring the services provided by the Radiology Department comply with the NFZ contract, and assisting in preparing competition offers.
Requesting medical equipment supplies for the Radiology Department and cooperating in obtaining external funds for equipment purchases.
Reporting to work upon the request of the IPiN Director, when such presence is urgently required for immediate action.

Responsibilities:

Providing ongoing information to the employer about identified occupational hazards, along with recommendations to eliminate these hazards;
Participating in determining the circumstances and causes of workplace accidents and drafting recommendations based on the investigation of these incidents, as well as monitoring the implementation of those recommendations;
Maintaining records and documentation related to workplace accidents, confirmed occupational diseases, and suspected occupational diseases, as well as storing the results of tests and measurements of harmful factors in the work environment;
Providing advice on safety and health regulations;
Participating in the risk assessment process associated with job performance;
Offering advice on work organization and methods at workplaces where dangerous, harmful, or burdensome conditions are present, and selecting the most appropriate collective and individual protection measures;
Collaborating with relevant organizational units or individuals, particularly regarding organizing and ensuring an appropriate level of occupational safety and health training, as well as facilitating proper professional adaptation for newly hired employees;
Cooperating with the physician responsible for preventive health care of employees, especially in organizing periodic medical examinations for employees;
Initiating and promoting various forms of popularizing occupational safety, health, and ergonomics within the Institute;

The Senior Researcher will be responsible for:

Conducting research to gather data for all stages of creating a product to assess mental health within the commercial project titled “Developing a product innovation in the field of supporting diagnostics and treatment in primary health care, ambulatory specialist care (AOS), and hospital treatment,” co-financed by the Medical Research Agency, Agreement no. 2022/ABM/07/00012 – 00, hereinafter referred to as the "project"
Reviewing scientific literature, selecting research tools, and preparing a standardized clinical interview for assessing mental health, with particular attention to depressive and anxiety symptoms, as well as aspects of mental well-being
Developing, from a scientific perspective, the specification of software that supports mental health assessment using tablets and other mobile devices, allowing for recording responses, emotional reactions of the patient, and adding annotations
Creating at least 120 individual mental health assessments with video recordings based on the prepared interview and evaluation using the software mentioned in point 3 above
Preparing evaluations and descriptions of the recorded mental health assessments for the IT team, taking into account the use of artificial intelligence algorithms in the analysis
Preparing publications and conference presentations showcasing the project results
Preparing substantive descriptions of the research tasks performed for documenting the progress of the project
Compiling data and reports for presentation at research team meetings and meetings with consortium partners to improve the methodology for product development

as part of the implementation of a non-commercial clinical trial in psychiatry and neurology, funded by the Medical Research Agency, titled: “Study evaluating the efficacy and safety of Polish cladribine in the treatment of patients with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis – phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study”.

Job description:

The task of the clinical trial monitor will be to ensure the trial is conducted in accordance with good clinical practice, relevant regulatory requirements, the trial protocol, standard operating procedures, and:
qualification of research centers for the study, conducting initiation, monitoring, and closing visits,
managing processes and plans related to the conduct of the study in partner centers,
training research teams on the trial protocol,
evaluating the quality and integrity of research activities at centers in terms of compliance with the trial protocol and applicable regulations,
updating trial documentation, monitoring data entered by research teams, generating queries, and providing responses,
preparing and delivering documentation and reports regarding center management, findings from visits, and work plans with centers,
providing daily support to teams at research centers.

Requirements:

A university degree in medicine or related fields (pharmacy, biology, nursing, medical analytics, veterinary medicine, biotechnology, chemistry) and/or an equivalent combination of education, practice, and experience in clinical trial monitoring,
basic knowledge and ability to apply regulatory requirements related to clinical trials, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), as well as national and international law,
ability to work with the trial protocol,
knowledge of the MS Office suite,
written and verbal communication skills,
good command of the English language, both spoken and written,
excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,
effective time management skills,
ability to establish and maintain relationships with colleagues.
