Our task is to help adult residents of the district resolve various mental health crises and disorders.

We have:

• outpatient assistance at the Mokotów Mental Health Clinic (Grottgera 25A, Sobieskiego 9)
• active community assistance of the Mokotów Community Treatment Team (Sobieskiego 9)
• daytime assistance at the Mokotów Community Therapy Center (Grottgera 25A)
• hospital assistance in two 24-hour wards of the 1st Psychiatric Clinic of the Institute (ul. Sobieskiego 9)

We cooperate with:

• Mental Health Clinic SZPZLO Mokotów, at ul. Belgijska 4
• MediCenter Medical Center clinic at ul. Wołoska 88

The place of first contact with our Center is the Reporting and Coordination Point at ul. Grottgera 25A, open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. At other times, emergency help can be obtained from the Institute's Emergency Room. We intend to help as quickly, comprehensively and competently as possible. Our help is free of charge, under the agreement with the Masovian Voivodeship Branch of the National Health Fund.

PZK is located next to the Morskie Oko Park, near the Spacerowa bus stop (buses: 116, 119, 131, 166, 167, 168, 180, 195, 501, 503, 519, 522).

At PZK you will be welcomed by a specialist who will provide the necessary information, advice or initial assistance, and, if necessary, arrange contact with a counseling center, community team, day center, hospital or other support or treatment center.
