It is with great sadness that we received information about the death of Prof. Ph.D. n. med. Zbigniew Lew-Starowicz.
An outstanding Polish sexologist, psychiatrist and psychotherapist, specialist in clinical sexology and promoter of sexual education. Long-time national consultant in the field of sexology.
Research leader and lecturer at universities and specialization courses for doctors in the field of sexology and psychiatry. Author and co-author of several hundred publications in the field of sexology and psychiatry and several thousand popular science articles. His scientific activity had a huge impact on the development of sexology in Poland.
The Institute's management and its employees express their deepest condolences to his son, prof. emergency Ph.D. n. med. Michał Lew-Starowicz and his entire family.
