"Introduction of modern e-Services in medical entities supervised by the Minister of Health" co-financed by the European Union from ERDF funds under the Digital Poland Operational Program for 2014-2020, Priority Axis No. 2 "E-administration and open government", Action No. 2.1 " High availability and quality of public e-services", no. POPC.02.01.00-00-0092/18

Implementation period: from January 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022

The aim of the project is to implement IT solutions aimed at improving the availability, quality and efficiency of health care services and strengthening the organizational potential of medical entities supervised by the Minister of Health, as well as integrating the implemented solutions with other IT systems used within the entities.

As a result of the project, the following e-services will be implemented in the medical entity: EDM processing, e-order, e-registration. The project's recipients will be patients using medical services, as well as project partners and the institutions supervising them.

The project is implemented by the Ministry of Health in partnership with 52 healthcare entities and the technical partner e-Health Center (CeZ).
