ADDICTION THERAPY CENTER
DAY WARD

We invite people addicted to alcohol and mixed addictions (to alcohol and other psychoactive substances or behavioral addictions) who want to change their lives to our Center
and improve its quality.
Our center has been helping addicts for many years. It has over 30 years of tradition. It is one of the longest-operating professional addiction treatment centers in Poland.
The therapy is free and reimbursed by the National Health Fund
Short turnaround time – usually within one week
The therapeutic program includes group and individual psychotherapy and educational classes.
Our patients:
– are covered by medical and therapeutic care,
– they receive sick leave for the duration of therapy,
– they are provided with a meal during their stay (lunch),
– after completing treatment, they receive a certificate of stay in the ward,
– participate in therapy conducted in a friendly, respectful and attentive atmosphere,
– do not participate in therapy on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (days off from classes).
Duration of therapy - approx. 8 weeks (5 days a week, Mon. - Fri. 8.00 a.m. - 3.35 p.m.).
Admission to the department is preceded by a medical consultation.

Please bring to your consultation:
- ID card,
- referral to a psychiatric hospital - Alcohol Addiction Day Treatment Unit, issued by: a doctor from the Addiction Clinic, a psychiatrist or a family doctor.
Important: in the referral, the referring doctor should enter 2712 as the department code.
3. your medical documentation, information card from other stays, information about medications taken.
Before reporting to the department, you should abstain from alcohol and other psychoactive substances.
